June 2021 – Life Drawing at Sheffield Museums
It will be wonderful to be running some post Covid, in person Life Drawing Workshops for Sheffield Museums once again. My sessions are scheduled in June and July 2021 and I cannot wait to see my wonderful students again! May 2021 – Zoom Workshops
Thrilled to have the opportunity to run x4 more ‘Feel Good Art Club’ Zoom online sessions through to the end of May 2021 with Sheffield Museums. My workshop themes this term are: ‘Food Glorious Food!’, ‘Chin, chin!’, ‘Toy Story’ and ‘Park Life’.
April 2021 – Private Commission
“I am so delighted to have delivered this large, bespoke oil canvas painting to my wonderful clients in Sheffield. My clients were delighted with the piece upon delivery and have said that it will bring them many years of pleasure! It is is wonderful to receive such positive feedback, it always pleases me when my pieces give so much joy to people!” The piece has been hung on a very large wall in a wonderful bright, light living space.

It is wonderful to have been asked to continue to run the Mindful Zoom, ‘Feel Good Art Club’ Thursday online classes, hosted by The Millennium Galleries, Sheffield during January to March 2021. This term we will be concentrating on ‘Nature’ as the main theme. Dates: February to March 2021.
January 2021 – SOLD On Saatchi Online
I am absolutely delighted to have sold my first painting on Saatchi Online this month. A large abstract ‘Echoes of Summer’(oil on canvas). It went on a journey via our first home made art crate to its new home in Cheltenham, to a wonderful buyer !

September 2019 – Teaching Life Drawing Classes from September 2019 to Present at Millennium Galleries, Sheffield.

November 2019 – Fronteer Art Open Exhibition
Wonderful to have ‘Meadow, sea & sunlight, St Ives 2004’(oil on wood, 2019) exhibited at Fronteer’s ‘Open Exhibition’, during November 2019 at Gallery 35, Sheffield. This painting has really done the rounds in 2019! Here’s a pic of me by my painting on the Preview Night.
August 2019 – Absolutely thrilled to have two seascape paintings selected into NHS Cardiff’s Arts Health Charity & Public Art Collection. The works will be on permanent display in their collection over two hospital sites in Cardiff. The purpose of the collection is to make patients more at ease and calm them during in difficult procedures in and around the Nuclear Medical Procedures Department. The two paintings are ‘Runswick Bay in high summer, 2017 (oil on canvas,25x30cm) and ‘Sandsend No1, 2016 (oil on canvas, 20x20cm).
August 2019 – Wonderful to have had x2 paintings selected for the ARTBound Group summer exhibition entitled ‘Tales of the Iconic’ at Hebden Bridge Town Hall, From 9th July to 5th August.
The pieces are: ‘Meadow, sea and sunlight, St Ives 2004’ (oil on wood, 2019) and Wonderful memories of Rhodes, May 2002’ (oil on canvas, 2019)
July 2019 – I am delighted to have been selected as the feature artist this summer at Mersea Barns (East Road, East Mersea, Colchester) for a solo show entitled:

June 2019 – ‘May Blossom’ – I am delighted to have ‘May Blossom’ 2017-19 (oil on wood) selected for ARTbound’s Summer Show 2019 at Legacy Arts Gallery in Todmorden, West Yorkshire. The exhibition theme this year is ‘RADIANT’. Exhibition dates: 5th June to 30th July 2019
May 2019 – ‘Departure series – an altering state’ – I am thrilled to announce my first ever International sale. ‘Departure series – an altering state’ 2015 (oil on wood) now has a new home in a private collection in Luxembourg.
August 2018 – Exhibiting at 2018 BEEP Painting Biennial – Delighted to have x2 abstract paintings selected,’Unsung lullaby’ (acrylic on canvas, 100x100cm) and ‘Invisible i with red’ (oil on canvas, 80x80cm). Launches 3rd August 2018
